It’s Thanksgiving and that means this is the time that we all stop for a moment and reflect on the things that we are thankful for. I’ve been thinking about this a lot recently and realize how much I don’t slow down and take the time to really reflect on the things that I am truly thankful for and the blessings that I truly have in my life. Like many other American’s, I get caught up in the all the crazy day-to-day activities that distract me from slowing down and thinking about the things that truly bless and challenge me.
This Thanksgiving, I’m thankful for:
- My health – CrossFit and Travis Holley’s Strictly Strength Program
- Close Friends and Family
- Supportive and loving parents
- Jen Hansen – One of my best and closest friends
- A wonderful job that continues stretch me
- New Opportunities that lay ahead
- A roof over my head
- Food to eat
- The Joy of Laughter
- The ability/opportunity to Travel
- A community of people that truly know me and love me well
- The crazy thought that I am able to bless and help others with all my shortcomings
