It’s Thanksgiving and that usually means this is the time that we all stop for a moment and reflect of the things that we are thankful for. As I’ve sat here while thinking about this post it struck me how I often neglect to be thankful for the people, things and situations in my life on a regular basis. Like many other American’s, I easily get caught up in the day-to-day activities of life that keep my attention focused on the next thing rather than taking the time to stop and reflect on what truly matters.
This Thanksgiving I’m thankful for:
- My Health
- Friends and Family
- My CrossFit Community
- A Rewarding and Fun job
- A roof over my head
- Food to eat
- The neighbors in my neighborhood
- The ability to travel
- The joy of laughter
